The B.I.R.D. Project is expanding its services through the development of a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) designed to support individuals living with mental health challenges.
The program will focus on helping participants develop the practical and interpersonal skills necessary to live successfully within their communities.
Initially, services will be community-based, allowing individuals to receive support in real-world environments that strengthen independence and stability.
The Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) will support adults who are seeking structured support to strengthen life skills, improve mental health stability, and work toward personal and community success.

The PRP program focuses on helping participants:
• Build daily living skills
• Improve emotional regulation
• Develop social and interpersonal skills
• Strengthen personal goal setting
• Increase independence and confidence
• Integrate successfully within the community
