The road to recovery is a difficult one, as well as a continuous one.   Aftercare Outpatient Services are an essential component of a comprehensive, continuing treatment program.   We support those with challenges surrounding addition secure their place on the road to recovery 

Build connections and experience healing in a supportive group setting. Our group therapy sessions help individuals learn from each other and gain insight into themselves by sharing experiences within a caring community 

 MHFA teaches people how to recognize signs of mental health or substance use challenges and how to offer and provide initial help, and how to guide a person toward appropriate care if necessary. Topics covered include anxiety, depression, psychosis, and addictions
